You will monitor performance, generate routine reports, maintain tracking databases, and coordinate with the Project Manager on audit findings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Experience in quality control.
  • Proficiency in analyzing, classifying, and interpreting scientific regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance and workflow of the Editor team.
  • Conduct random quality checks and ensure redaction of adverse event medical device reports in accordance with FOIA guidelines.
  • Monitor workflow, generate weekly and monthly performance reports, and recommend resource allocations.
  • Maintain document tracking databases, inventory records, and resolve discrepancies in team work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, attend project meetings with management and client, and communicate audit findings and concerns.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures, train staff, and provide assistance with interview, coaching, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Review employee performance for completeness and adherence to standards, including timeliness and quality, and follow up on corrections or procedural clarifications.
  • Prepare and send emails for redaction corrections, changes, and feedback to staff.
