Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent with clinical nursing experience and managerial exposure.
• Experience across medical specialties.

• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes.
• Proficient in basic computer use and typing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize and organize daily workloads for the team for the many different types of reports.
• Ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded on a daily basis.
• Edit reports to maintain Federal privacy guidelines.
• Identify device problems from daily workloads and malfunctions.
• Assist and guide data entry staff in the FDA database reporting.
• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations for direct reports.
• Coach and discipline direct reports to achieve performance outcomes.
• Strategize to mitigate problems impacting the project.
• Participate in team/management meetings and special projects.
• Edit, code, and enter reports to meet contract deliverables.
• Maintain staff through interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training.
