• Track report status, deadlines, and communications to keep schedules.
• Review completed reports for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, clients, and QA teams to resolve questions and provide updates.
• Maintain organized trackers and logs to manage workflow.
• Process daily invoicing in line with requirements.
• Respond promptly to report status inquiries.
• Ensure documentation is filed and HIPAA compliant.
