Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC seeks a Senior Task Leader to ensure the smooth operation of the FDA Editor team responsible for redacting adverse event medical device reports. The role ensures privacy, quality, and adherence to guidelines, with QC and workflow monitoring across the team.

The STL reviews data, resolves discrepancies, and informs the Project Manager of audit findings and trends. This is a hybrid role located in Landover, MD with regular meetings with management and the client.

Qualifications

• Lead a team with minimum 3 years in records management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and workflow of the Editor team.
• Perform quality control on Editor outputs per FOIA redaction guidelines.
• Manage document tracking databases and inventory records.
• Act as primary contact for Project Manager and assist with overall project operations.
• Attend management/client meetings on progress as needed.
• Monitor workloads, assign staff resources, and train staff on SOPs.
• Mentor, coach and train new hires as needed.
• Review employee performance for timeliness and quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
