HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Task Leader to oversee the FDA Editorial team's redaction workflow for adverse event medical device reports.

You will monitor quality, enforce FOIA redaction guidelines, and ensure SOPs are followed to support accurate, timely deliverables. Based in Landover, MD with hybrid work, you will coach staff, run weekly/monthly performance reports, coordinate with the Project Manager and client, and drive process improvements to maintain high standards and

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in records management.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in quality control.
• Proficient in analyzing, classifying and interpreting scientific regulatory documents.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the performance of and monitor the Editor team's workflow.
• Perform extensive quality control activity on Editor's work per FOIA redaction guidelines.
• Manage document tracking databases and inventory records.
• Primary liaison for Project Manager and support project operations.
• Attend meetings with management and client on project progress.
• Monitor workloads, prioritize tasks, assign staff, and implement SOPs.
• Mentor, coach and train new hires.
• Review staff performance for timeliness and quality.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Follow up on corrections and issues, escalate to Project Manager as needed.
• Recommend workflow and resource changes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Prepare and send emails for redaction corrections and feedback.
• Perform corrections/changes in databases as requested by the client.
