Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Support Data Specialist II to join the Antitrust Division team in Washington, DC. This on-site role at Judiciary Square may include two to three days of teleworking per week, at the client’s discretion.

The position emphasizes data processing, quality control, and collaboration with Case Managers and Project Managers to ensure accurate loads and exports across Relativity and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in eDiscovery roles including EFP, image and data conversion, data culling and QA.
• Experience loading data into database platforms and performing loads/retrievals.
• Strong knowledge of Relativity, data loading, file conversion, and manipulation for database platforms.
• Familiarity with the EDRM workflow and litigation discovery processes.
• Proficient with Relativity, LAW and IPRO or similar processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and updating document processing procedures as needed.
• Perform quality control on loaded data and loads/exports.
• Run multiple load streams and native file processing.
• Export data from Relativity to create load files for platforms requested by Case Manager.
• Provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists as needed.
• Discuss data inconsistencies with Project Manager and Case Manager when necessary.
