Ladders is seeking an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to oversee complex client engagements from planning through delivery within the Finance & Insurance space.

The role is remote in the United States, offering a compensation range of $115,000–$130,000 annually. You will partner with clients and internal teams to guide delivery, improve operational performance, and support sound financial stewardship across assigned work.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in legal admin, paralegal, compliance, or settlement preferred
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
• Experience mentoring and developing project teams
• Expertise in data workflows and legal technology

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Translate complex client and court requirements into scalable project plans
• Own the service delivery relationship for strategic client accounts
• Represent Client Services in high-level consultative discussions with clients
• Provide direct supervision and coaching for Project Managers and team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee performance concerns
• Oversee quality assurance outcomes and departmental processes
• Drive project forecasting and financial stewardship to ensure operational efficiency

For our client, we are seeking a eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee complex client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring work is executed with precision, transparency, and strong alignment to client objectives. The position requires a consultative leader who can translate legal and court-related requirements into scalable project plans while maintaining service excellence for strategic accounts. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to guide delivery, strengthen operational performance, and support sound financial stewardship across assigned work.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
