Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Client Services to join the team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, guiding project scope, delivery, and communications from intake through completion in a fast-paced legal services environment.

The ideal candidate brings extensive eDiscovery project management experience, proficiency with Relativity, and a proven ability to coordinate data processing and production tasks while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in eDiscovery project management.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong eDiscovery skills for consultation and solution creation.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary workflows and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills to deepen client relationships.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Client Services to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding project scope, delivery, and communications from intake through completion. The position requires strong eDiscovery project management expertise, with a focus on coordinating internal teams, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth execution across data processing and production tasks. You will also help strengthen client relationships through clear communication, consultation, and responsive support in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
