Job summary

Integreon is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager/Litigation Support Specialist to support a client. This role focuses on managing eDiscovery workflows, supporting legal holds, coordinating data collections, and working within the DISCO platform.

You will reduce backlog, coordinate productions, train reviewers on DISCO searches, and maintain documentation in JIRA, expanding into broader eDiscovery project management for outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading eDiscovery projects and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the DISCO eDiscovery platform and related tooling.
• Ability to train document reviewers on searches and review workflows in DISCO.
• Experience supporting outside counsel with search term development and implementation.
• Experience coordinating and supporting eDiscovery productions and data collections.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (JIRA) and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reduce eDiscovery request backlog and queues.
• Coordinate end-to-end eDiscovery workflows including legal holds and data collections.
• Support outside counsel with search term development and implementation.

About the Role

Integreon is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager/Litigation Support Specialist to support a client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience managing eDiscovery workflows, supporting legal hold requests, coordinating data collections, and working within the DISCO platform.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus will be managing and reducing the existing eDiscovery request queue/backlog, particularly requests related to:

• Legal hold requests and associated workflows.
• Data collection requests and coordination.
• Tracking, prioritizing, and resolving outstanding eDiscovery requests.
• Documenting all requests, activities, and project updates within the organization’s JIRA ticketing system.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

The role is expected to expand into a broader eDiscovery Project Management function, including:

• Managing and coordinating end-to-end eDiscovery workflows.
• Supporting outside counsel with search term development and implementation.
• Assisting with the execution and management of document productions.
• Training and supporting reviewers on DISCO platform functionality, including setting up searches and document review workflows.
• Providing ongoing guidance and support to legal teams and other project stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of all activities through the client’s JIRA ticketing system.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery Project Management.
• Hands‑on experience with the DISCO eDiscovery platform.
• Ability to train and guide document reviewers on setting up searches and conducting document reviews within DISCO.
• Experience supporting outside counsel with search term development and implementation.
• Experience coordinating and supporting eDiscovery productions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience using ticketing systems, particularly JIRA, or the ability to quickly adapt to established ticketing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctorate
• Experience using Slack for team communication and project coordination.
• Experience supporting legal teams and outside counsel in complex eDiscovery matters.
