Job summary

Ekspert Counsel is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Specialist to support its litigation and dispute resolution practice in New York. You will oversee the management of electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the discovery lifecycle, working closely with attorneys, litigation support professionals, and legal project managers to ensure defensible and compliant discovery processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in e-Discovery.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity and/or DISCO, including data processing, ingestion, and productions.
• Proficiency with Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to navigate multiple electronic databases and document repositories.
• Relevant professional certifications such as RCA, CEDS, or DISCO PM are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience.

• Prepare and deliver productions, exports, load files, and other litigation support deliverables.
• Assist with collection, preservation, and management of electronic evidence for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Provide platform administration, user support, troubleshooting, and training for legal teams.
• Support attorneys with deposition preparation, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial exhibits.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely completion of discovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with leading e-Discovery platforms, preferably DISCO and/or Relativity, including data processing, ingestion, database administration, searching, quality control, productions, and related litigation-support functions.
• Proficiency with Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to navigate multiple electronic databases and document repositories.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), DISCO Project Management Certification, Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), or comparable industry credentials, are considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.

Pay:

$124,000-$143,000 per year
