Job summary

Consilio is a global eDiscovery and legal technology services firm providing discovery management for law firms and corporations. This role leads day-to-day e-discovery project execution and directs a team of Administrators while collaborating closely with attorneys and IT staff.

The successful candidate will bring 8+ years in litigation support, with 5+ years in project management, and a proven track record of handling multiple projects within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years in the litigation support industry.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with 5 years as a project manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for high-level management and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and IT personnel to ensure successful completion of discovery matters.
• Manage document collections, custodian interviews, and data searches with analytics.
• Serve as primary client point of contact and develop strong client relationships.
• Mentor, train, and delegate to an assigned team of Administrators.
