Array in Houston seeks an eDiscovery Data Entry Specialist to support data center operations by managing physical media, maintaining records, validating data, and assisting billing. The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

You will work with Microsoft Office and data-management systems, ship/receive media, generate reports, and respond to customer inquiries while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling, tracking, cataloging, shipping/receiving, or maintaining records for physical media or inventories.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams; ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive physical data media; catalog and track inventory; maintain records of media location and movement.
• Generate operational reports related to media activity and data validation; track data and media movement.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and document issues with timely resolution.
• Prepare accurate invoices for data storage and related services; verify billing information.
• Use Microsoft Office and data/inventory/media-management systems to complete daily tasks.
