Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Services Project Manager to lead client relationships and oversee multiple electronic discovery projects. You will coordinate deliverables, forecast work, and ensure high-quality outcomes for complex matters in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in eDiscovery. This is a remote, work-from-home position with potential for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry (2+ years in PM roles)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence
• Excellent client relationship skills and expectation management
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Experience balancing client requirements, planning, and budgeting to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship
• Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior PM or CS Director
• Ensure quality and accuracy of client requirements and project outputs
• Escalate issues promptly to senior PM or CS Director when needed
• Maintain up-to-date project status records and reporting
• Lead client and internal partners professionally to achieve project objectives
• Represent the high-quality service delivery face of Epiq to clients
