Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The Agent will support cross-functional production and packaging for infused edible products, performing tasks such as prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating basic production and packaging machinery.

Daily duties include batch production, ensuring formulas and SOPs are followed for potency and homogenization, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably regulated field for human consumption.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Demonstrate an understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail – monitor production, packaging, and labeling precisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working around plant material.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production as directed and seek to improve production efficiency.
• Adhere to manufacturing formula SOPs ensuring potency and homogenization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality control.
• Train in food safety and sanitation; keep a clean and safe production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging and tracking edibles for final sale.
• Maintain a clean and safe production facility.
• Complete sanitation of production equipment and workspace.
