Job summary

Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Cannabis Graveyard Edibles Lead to supervise the edibles team and oversee production of cannabis-infused edibles. The role requires adherence to company standards and disciplined workflow.

The position emphasizes safety, inventory management, and accurate packaging with attention to labeling and packaging processes. Full-time employment with regular lead meetings and collaboration with management is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months edibles/packaging experience recommended.
• Leadership experience preferred for supervising the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise edibles crew; assign work and track attendance and production rates.
• Train and coach employees to maintain quality.
• Monitor and manage inventory to meet demand.
• Package candy/sugar orders and label products with care.
• Ensure proper labeling and UBI stickers on products.
• Maintain clean, organized packaging area and equipment.
• Attend regular lead meetings and collaborate with management on staffing decisions.
• Support R&D projects and perform other duties as assigned.
