Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Associate to join our cannabis-infused product production team. You will prepare, dose, dispense, bottle, package, and perform quality control on edible and topical products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, and willingness to pass background checks. This is an on-site role with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, located in Maryland.

Qualifications

• High School degree/GED preferred.
• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate candy packaging, candy depositor, and capsule bottler machinery.
• Prepare ingredients for topical and edible products.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and perform quality control.
• Dispense topicals into containers and edibles using dispensers.
• Count, top, and process edible products; hand-pack, seal, and label infused products.
• Maintain food safety standards and perform inventory counts.
