Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• 2+ years in food/confectionary processing/manufacturing.
• Understanding of SOPs, GMP, GDP and related policies.
• Demonstrates strong hygiene and safety practices.
• Proficient with production logs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Lead second shift team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Partner with Kitchen Manager to set weekly/monthly production schedules.
• Oversee daily production of cannabis-infused products using commercial equipment.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of kitchen agents.
• Maintain production logs, lab results, and sanitation records.
• Ensure compliance with health department requirements and Cresco GMP/GDP standards.
