Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The agent supports production and packaging of infused edible products, performing prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and operating basic production equipment under supervision.

You will work with the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor to ensure compliance with state standards and Cresco Labs quality controls, while maintaining a safe production environment and timely output.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a general production role, preferably with regulated consumer products.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail to monitor production, packaging and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive motions.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen and dust may occur.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial equipment.
• Follow batch production instructions and support production efficiency.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for recipes and sanitation.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting product quality.
• Train in food safety and maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging and tracking of edibles for sale.
