Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Kitchen Supervisor to lead the second shift in producing medically infused edible products. You will manage a team of kitchen agents, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager, and ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

You will apply knowledge of batch calculations, production logs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on GMP, GDP, and safety. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb and

Qualifications

• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports and teams.
• 2+ years’ experience in food or confectionary processing/manufacturing.
• Experience in a field with strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferably regulated products for human consumption.
• Demonstrates understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Expert knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GDP and company policies.
• Strong task-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to monitor production logs and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Metrc/Canixa is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and work around plant material.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly and monthly production schedules with Kitchen Manager.
• Lead second shift team to meet production goals and maintain quality.
• Oversee daily cannabis-infused production with commercial equipment.
• Handle hiring, discipline and training of kitchen agents.
• Provide end-of-shift reports on output and equipment performance.
• Maintain production and sanitation logs and batch records.
• Organize ingredient inventory and order placement with vendors.
• Ensure labels and Metrc movements are complete.
• Prepare for health department inspections and GMP/GDP adherence.
• Maintain a clean, compliant production area and assist with unexpected duties.
