• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly and monthly production schedules with S&OP and Facility Leadership.
• Lead kitchen staff in producing infused edibles using commercial machinery.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.
• Place ingredient orders and manage inventory to hit schedules.
• Ensure GMP-compliant cleanliness and sanitation in the facility.
