Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The role supports production and packaging of infused edible products, performing tasks from prepping to operating basic machinery. You will ensure adherence to state standards and Cresco Labs’ quality expectations.

Daily duties include kitchen prep, labeling, and sanitation while maintaining a clean production area and strict personal hygiene. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a general production environment producing for consumption.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production and sanitation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-edible products using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production and SOPs to maintain potency and homogenization.
• Help label, package and track edibles for final sale.
• Maintain clean, safe production areas and practice food safety.
• Participate in cross-department training as needed.
