Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC is seeking an EDI & Vendor Data Analyst to own the day-to-day EDI operations, onboarding dozens of trading partners, and maintaining vendor master data across systems.

You will troubleshoot EDI transactions (850/855/856/810), coordinate testing with vendors, and drive process improvements while partnering with Buying, Distribution, and Finance. 3+ days on site at the Acton, MA corporate office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to trace failed transactions to root cause.
• Experience with EDI and vendor data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI transaction flows and investigate exceptions.
• Onboard vendors and manage vendor master data across systems.
• Triage and resolve EDI errors with vendors and internal teams.
• Test and production-implement onboarding for dozens of partners per year.
• Coordinate EDI testing with stakeholders and ensure readiness.
• Own EDI onboarding process and vendor data across ERP/retail systems.
• Document procedures and vendor requirements; maintain troubleshooting guides.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
