Job summary

Simmons in Rogers, AR is seeking an EDI Analyst to maintain and improve EDI systems for seamless partner data exchange. You will monitor transmissions (850/855/856/810), troubleshoot errors, onboard new trading partners, and collaborate with IT, logistics, and finance to streamline EDI processes.

The role requires 2+ years of EDI experience, familiarity with ANSI X12 standards, and experience with SPS Commerce and Oracle. This is a full-time on-site position with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with EDI systems and processes.
• Familiar with ANSI X12 EDI standards and transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810).
• Experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily EDI transmissions and ensure accurate document exchange (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810).
• Investigate and resolve EDI errors and mapping issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding of new trading partners and test EDI transactions.
• Collaborate with IT, customer service, logistics, and finance to resolve EDI-related issues.
• Create and maintain detailed EDI documentation and mapping specifications.
