Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC is seeking an EDI & Vendor Data Analyst in Acton, MA to own EDI operations, vendor onboarding, and master data. You will troubleshoot EDI flows and collaborate with Buying, Distribution, and Finance to keep transactions moving.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or information systems, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and projects with attention to detail. On-site presence 3+ days/week in Acton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with vendor data.
• Experience with EDI flows, onboarding, and master data.
• Excellent communication with external vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transaction flows daily.
• Support EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810) and compliant labels.
• Lead vendor onboarding from requirements to production implementation.
• Own vendor master data and vendor setup across systems.
• Coordinate testing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
