Job summary

ASI Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to support our EDI platform and other ASI business systems.

This role serves as the day-to-day analytical and technical liaison between the business, Applications and Infrastructure teams, and external trading partners and EDI/VAN vendors monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions, supporting onboarding of new trading partners, and assisting with help desk tickets and end-user support within the ERP environment.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in an IT support, systems analyst, or EDI-related role.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users and external trading partners.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily EDI transactions (purchase orders, invoices, ASNs) for timely processing and error identification.
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction failures and mapping issues with trading partners and EDI/VAN provider.
Support onboarding of new EDI trading partners, including testing and validation.
Manage projects, update EDI maps, and document specifications for evolving requirements.
Document EDI processes and partner setups for team reference.
Assist with help desk tickets related to Epicor/Kinetic ERP and other business apps.
Triage and escalate tickets to support end users as needed.
Collaborate with Applications and Infrastructure teams on system troubleshooting.
Perform basic data analysis and reporting using SQL as needed.
Support testing during ERP upgrades and EDI platform changes.
