Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of EDI is required.
• Past management experience or at least one year in a Team Lead role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EDI Services team to deliver high-quality support and implementations.
• Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-one and group meetings.
• Ensure SOP compliance, proper documentation, and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate training and performance evaluations; manage workload distribution.
