The role requires focus, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include reviewing file load reports, collaborating with vendors, ensuring imports/exports meet requirements, monitoring file transfers, and identifying root causes for

Qualifications

• Experience with overlapping product release cycles.
• Advanced MS Office Word and Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL.
• General understanding of data schemas and structures.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external file load reports and take appropriate actions.
• Work with external vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure imports and exports meet file requirements.
• Monitor file creations and transfers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
• Support the EDI Team overall.
• Create and review test cases for file feeds.
• Update existing mappings and rules documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
