Job summary

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking an EDI Data Analyst to collect and analyze incoming and outgoing data and distribute it to the appropriate parties. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders and balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities include reviewing load reports, resolving vendor issues, ensuring data imports/exports meet requirements, and supporting the overall EDI team.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external file load reports and take appropriate actions.
• Resolve issues with external vendors as needed.
• Ensure imports and exports meet file requirements.
• Monitor file creations and transfers for timely processing.
• Identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Work across departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
• Support the EDI Team.
• Create and review test cases for file feeds.
• Update mappings and rules documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
