Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support its EDI program across multiple jurisdictions. You will handle compliance for multiple lines of business, assist the Claims team, and drive data quality in regulatory reporting.

You will analyze EDI data, reconcile daily diaries, support CMS reporting, and partner with IT and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. A background in insurance claims or EDI is preferred and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with claims EDI and regulatory reporting is highly desired.
• Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory Reporting, Research, and Compliance Data Management.
• Analyze and reconcile EDI data for non-compliance and accuracy.
• Manage daily inbound/outbound EDI data flow and reporting.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with staff trainings on regulatory processes and CMS reporting.
