Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an Integrations & Catalog Management Specialist to define processes and governance for our Distribution and Vendor integration strategy. You will engage stakeholders, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve order fulfillment and customer value.

You willInvestigate issues, determine urgency, and drive problem-solving with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a business environment with data, data analysis, or data management experience preferred.
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, SSRS) or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Familiarity with SAP, MuleSoft, or Salesforce preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own and drive engagement with internal EDI stakeholders to resolve, improve, and enhance EDI processes.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align on root issues and define next steps.
Serve as the point of contact for SAP and MuleSoft-related supplier EDI issues.
Monitor end-to-end automation and regularly analyze EDI metrics to identify gaps.
Lead updates to APIs and catalog alignment with PNA API and warehouse changes.
Onboard new suppliers onto end-to-end integrations and support data submissions.
