Job summary

HireBooth is seeking an Integrations & Catalog Management Specialist to define processes and governance for Distribution and Vendor integration strategy. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve EDI issues, drive automation, and support item/catalog management across the SAP ecosystem.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-department coordination to improve order fulfillment and reduce manual steps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a business/data environment preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and SQL preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, MuleSoft, or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive engagement with internal EDI stakeholders to resolve, improve, and enhance EDI processes for Customer Operations teams and other stakeholders.
  • Work with suppliers such as Dell, Arrow, D&H, Douglas Stewart, Climb, Ingram, and TD Synnex, and internal teams (COA, Finance, Master Data).
  • Set up, facilitate, and participate in meetings with supplier IT and Business teams to align on root issues and next steps.
  • Serve as the point of contact for SAP and MuleSoft-related supplier EDI issues, including escalations.
  • Improve end-to-end automation and regularly analyze EDI metrics to identify gaps and actions.
