Uline seeks an EDI Integration Analyst to support and optimize EDI and punchout catalog integrations for our website, collaborating with eCommerce, Sales and IT teams to meet customer and business needs.

The role emphasizes testing, troubleshooting, and creating clear documentation for ongoing improvements. On-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT or related field.
• EDI or Punchout Catalog experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop EDI and punchout catalog solutions for Uline’s website to meet customer and business needs.
• Serve as liaison between eCommerce, Sales and IT teams and customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements.
• Assist with testing new EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues for a seamless customer experience.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedure guides and progress reports for internal teams.
