Job summary

CEIA USA, headquartered in Hudson, OH, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize and integrate our CRM environment as a core component of our business systems. You will design workflows in Deluge, build API integrations with Zoho and Dynamics GP, and lead projects from concept to deployment, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions.

This role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, or architecting CRM based business systems.
• Advanced Zoho CRM experience beyond basic administration and configuration is preferred.
• Hands-on programming in at least one modern language (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, including complex logic, workflows, and subform manipulation.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and data synchronization.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, integration architecture, and data integrity.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and continuously improve the company's technology infrastructure focusing on Zoho CRM customization.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and usability.
• Design and develop workflows, modules, and automations using Deluge.
• Build/maintain REST API integrations and data flows between CRM and other systems.
• Integrate Zoho with legacy platforms such as Dynamics GP.
• Lead projects from requirements and design through deployment and documentation.
• Troubleshoot data/integration issues and address technical debt.
