Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or ABET-accredited program.
• Must pass the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) and obtain EIT within 12 months of hire.
• Knowledge of roadway design criteria, standards, and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications; use design technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the EDGE program with rotational assignments across multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to design reviews, field inspections, and project documentation.
• Support construction, maintenance, and environmental teams as needed.
• Apply engineering knowledge to real projects and develop leadership skills.
