Job summary

Amcor EDGE is a structured two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of early-career engineers into manufacturing and leadership roles within Amcor Flexibles North America.

New graduates will receive formal training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and operations, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Science, or related)
• Prior manufacturing internship/co-op preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and operational leadership

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding and technical development program.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders.
• Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, products, equipment, and systems.
• Build analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills through real-world projects.
• Support engineering and capital projects through planning, execution, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
