Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, including Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Science or related engineering discipline.
• Internships, co-ops, or industry experience are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Support structured onboarding and technical development within the EDGE program.
• Gain hands-on manufacturing experience and participate in projects.
• Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment validation, startup, and training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
