You will support manufacturing capability issues, drive process enhancements, and collaborate on capital projects to boost efficiency and reduce costs, while coordinating with senior engineers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivation, discipline and adherence to ethics, safety policies, and rules.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in developing a broad manufacturing/engineering skill set.
• Willingness to rotate through multiple disciplines in Evansville area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for capability and processing improvements.
• Develop and implement capital projects to reduce costs and improve operating efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and monitoring of engineering projects with budgets and schedules.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, practices, policies and standards (ANSI/ISO/OSHA).
• Prepare manuals and training materials to enable successful implementation and turnover.
• Identify improvement opportunities using data-driven approaches and develop budgets.
