Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Data Center Technician to support U.S. Government–secure infrastructure across GDI/ONSR EDGE locations.

You will ensure operational health of data center and interconnects within access-controlled facilities, coordinating with engineering teams, site personnel, security, and partners. You will troubleshoot hardware, cabling, and connectivity, support break-fix activities, participate in deployments, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 3-8 years in Data Center infrastructure operations and server administration.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance w/polygraph
• DoD 8140 Certification such as Security+ or higher
• Experience in two or more areas: power capacity, incident management, systems administration, networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for secure government infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, cabling, connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Support break-fix activities and project deployments.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and coordinate with resolver groups.
