Qualifications include a bachelor’s in education, counseling, social work, or related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, public administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years advising, case management, or student support services.
  • Demonstrated ability to support diverse student populations, including first‑generation and low‑income students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic one-on-one and group advising integrating academic planning, career development, and individualized support.
  • Guide students in selecting majors, planning coursework, and staying on track for timely graduation.
  • Maintain a caseload, monitor academic progress, and intervene early to address challenges.
