Job summary

Siemens EDA in Boulder, Colorado seeks an Applications Engineer who collaborates with customers, sales teams, and consulting to promote and deliver EDA products and related services. You will help test software to ensure alignment with customer needs and report to the Technical Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years experience working on electronics design.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to large audiences.
• No travel restrictions and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Create sales enablement materials including presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and scripts.
• Train AEs, sales teams, and customers on product capabilities and best practices.
• Support sales activities through demonstrations and hands-on evaluations.
• Deliver paid consulting services.
• Provide input to engineering on customer requirements.
• Test pre-release software and log issues.
