Job summary

Keysight Technologies in the United States seeks an EDA Customer Success Application Engineer to partner with customers across the Americas, enabling use of ADS, SystemVue, and other Keysight EDA tools, while delivering a high-quality support experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.

You will troubleshoot complex design flows, provide training, and act as an advisor while expanding customer adoption through new tools and AI features across RF/microwave and high-speed digital

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in RF/microwave, RFIC, high-speed digital design, EDA support or design flow enablement.
• Proficiency with EDA tools such as ADS, SystemVue, EM simulation, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership to drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand design goals and workflows and help them succeed with Keysight EDA tools.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution with ownership.
• Deliver timely, high-quality support that builds customer trust and delight.
• Act as a customer advocate, communicating feedback to influence product and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and guide them to additional capabilities.
• Collaborate across global teams to solve problems more effectively.
• Create written and verbal communications, knowledge articles, and technical guidance.
