Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team on varied shifts at a 141-bed acute-care facility. The ED serves adult and pediatric patients with a patient-centered, family-oriented approach.

The role requires assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, with opportunities for 2x12-hour shifts as Part Time - Mid Shift Days (11AM-11:30PM). Weekend differential applies; self-scheduling is available.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
BLS certification is required.
Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge needs.
Implements the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan as needed.
Promotes continuity of care through effective communication with the care team.
