UPMC Chautauqua is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, explain insurance and copays, collect payments, and link patients to financial advocacy resources. The role requires varied days including every other weekend and some holidays, 12:00pm–8:30pm.

You will register patients in the ADT/clinical systems, verify insurance eligibility, coordinate benefits, and provide timely demographic updates.
