You will greet patients, collect payments, and support care teams in the Emergency Department and beyond, ensuring accurate information and compassionate service. On-site per diem shifts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in hospital/office/phone support
• Ability to work onsite at 4747 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder CO 80303
• Per Diem availability including overnights and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance
• Enter and verify patient data in real-time
• Collect co-pays and explain financial obligations
• Respond to patient inquiries with compassion and clarity
• Support multiple departments including Emergency and Maternity
