Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collect demographics and insurance data.
• Locate and process provider requisitions.
• Determine insurance eligibility and collect payments.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork and explain medical releases.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA and regulatory standards.
• Maintain proficiency with registration software and respond to inquiries.
