Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking an Emergency Department Coordinator for a part-time role. The position requires 36 hours per week across shifts (11:00 AM–11:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with rotating weekends/holidays).

You will manage ED records, orders, and admissions while handling front-d desk tasks and patient interactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, fast-paced multitasking, and teamwork with care providers, transport services, and patient access staff.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a medical terminology course.
• Demonstrates ability to maintain an organized environment and handle clerical tasks in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Proficient in computer systems for entering charges and orders; strong documentation skills.

• Maintain ED medical records and discharge analysis.
