Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Coordinator Patient Flow for the Emergency Department, nights (7pm–7am). You will lead staffing, oversee patient flow, and ensure efficient, safe care across adult, pediatric, and fast-track areas under the ED leadership.

Formación

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in the United States.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required or able to obtain.
• ENA-ENPC and TNCC certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Constantly rounding in the ED triage area to oversee patient flow and act as liaison between bed management, ED staff and other departments.
• Organize work environment and care teams to attain unit outcomes; coordinate patient flow into and out of the department.
• Supervise patient placement and flow, providing leadership and clear prioritization.
• Focus on patient throughput and experience; monitor ED tracking boards for all patients.
• Provide feedback on throughput performance through huddles, meetings, and reports.
• Evaluate care delivery processes to ensure efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance.
