Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA, part of the Tenet network, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead ED shift operations and unit-level human resources. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, directing staff during crises, and guiding administration on workloads while ensuring HIPAA access for treatment purposes.

The role requires a California RN license, a BSN, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience, plus active BLS/ACLS/PALS and other certifications.

Competenze

• Current California RN License is required.
• BSN is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present self in positive and professional manner.
• AHA BLS Certification maintained at all times.
• AHA ACLS Certification maintained at all times.
• AHA PALS Certification maintained at all times.
• Must complete EKG test within 30 days of hire; MICN within 6 months.
• TNCC within 6 months of hire; CPI within 3 months; NIHSS within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day ED shift operations and HR at unit level.
• Investigate and resolve patient, visitor, staff, and physician concerns.
• Lead staff scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Support risk management, safety, and infection control programs.
• Ensure current, compliant policies and procedures are reviewed with staff.
