Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care, observation, vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with new admissions, including contraband searches and room orientation.
• Monitor patients, participate in 15-minute rounds and observation, and document vitals.
• Assist with therapeutic holds and de-escalation under supervision.
• Facilitate group activities and therapeutic community meetings as assigned.
