Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare, PA is seeking an Applications Improvement Analyst to join the EMR/Applications team. You will implement, maintain, train users, and provide first-level technical support for the EMR and other clinical applications across PHC entities.

Responsibilities include documenting workflows, testing during the development life cycle, creating maintenance procedures, and coordinating with EHR system administrators and eClinicalWorks support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of health care experience.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EHR preferred.
• In lieu of an associate’s degree, 1–2 years of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for the EMR and other clinical applications.
• Document workflows, test during the development life cycle, and maintain procedures.
• Train end users and provide on-site support; coordinate with EHR administrators and eCW support.
